Our practices

Vinyasa: Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice, guided by breath. It offers great freedom and creativity in the sequence of postures. Additionally, each posture is followed by a vinyasa, which is a precise sequence of postures that connects each pose in a smooth flow.

Dynamic Yoga: In our "dynamic yoga" classes, we practice a dynamic and fluid yoga guided by breath, inspired by vinyasa. Each session is unique, focused on a theme or posture, while being adaptable to everyone.

Hatha: The oldest and most traditional form of yoga, Hatha is a gentle practice where postures are sequenced one after another, held for a relatively long time. It combines poses with breath, concentration, relaxation, and meditation.

Gentle Yoga or Hatha Flow: In our "gentle yoga," we practice a soft and fluid form inspired by Hatha yoga, suitable for everyone.

Yin: Yin yoga is a very slow practice where postures are held for several minutes to relax the deep tissues of the body. Most postures are done on the floor, focusing on breath, body sensations, and letting go.

Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra is based on breathing exercises and visualization that facilitate a deep state of letting go. A Yoga Nidra session begins with guided relaxation by the teacher's voice. This type of yoga touches the realms of the unconscious, improving sleep and stress management through a calmer mind. Sophrology has drawn inspiration from it.

Ashtanga: Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and structured style where practitioners follow defined sequences of postures. These sequences are synchronized with breath, providing strength and flexibility.

Pilates: The Pilates method strengthens deep muscles, maintains spine alignment, and improves balance. It can be practiced on the floor, with or without equipment, and sometimes on machines.

Yoga-Pilates: A creative practice alternating yoga asanas and Pilates exercises to strengthen deep muscles and reconnect with oneself.

Kundalini Yoga: Kundalini Yoga is a complete, dynamic, and powerful practice that combines vigorous postural work, breath, relaxation, meditation, and chanting of mantras for quick effects on body-mind balance. Accessible to all, it is the yoga of awakening consciousness and connection to the true Self.

Afrovibe: Afrovibe is a choreographed cardio class inspired by Afro-Caribbean dances. Your heart will race, your thighs will burn, and you won't even notice because you'll be dancing to an amazing playlist. The class is open to everyone, no specific technique is required, and each class is progressive, so you can come try it whenever you want!
